Author's Note: This is partly for myself, but more for everyone who's followed the Pavlov's Bell verse. You'll want to be familiar with those stories for this one, and have read this one from the Werekitten Chronicles.
This is the story of how Arthur finds his family, inspired by one of my commenters some time back. It's not an especially happy story, but at least it has some closure. I'll just have to write something happy and/or sexy to make up for it.


( Arthur used to handle explosives and get in shoot-outs and be on the run from the law. Now he lives every day in the same monotonous routine, changing diapers and puréeing carrots for lunch. )

What's up homies, I have a quick poll! Would anyone be interested in finding out about Arthur's birth parents in the PBell verse, even if it was depressing? I'm sort of waffling about writing it even though half of it is done. This is probably a dumb question, but I generally try to keep angst out of my PBell and I'm wondering if this would basically despoil it for anyone xD Anyway, to the main event!

Eames' Regal Copper is the big one at the top. Arthur's Greyling is one of the wee guys. Cobb rides a Chequered Nettle (a heavy-weight), Ariadne a Longwing (an acid-spitting middle-weight), and Mal a Flamme-de-Gloire (a fire-breathing French middle-weight). And that should be all you need to know!

LAST ETA: I decided to compromise! Fewer chapters for the longer fics, and AO3 members can just view as one big block of text if they choose. :D


Thanks to animegirl0087, I've decided to invest in an AO3 account. I'll still post here! I just didn't realize fics were downloadable from AO3, and that seems nice and convenient. So, here I am, and there's nothing up yet because I'm still trying to figure this thing out, but I'll be uploading all my fics there. I'm pretty excited to re-upload the Broken Toy verse because I recently edited it into something I actually kinda like.

So that is that, and in the meantime, have a PBell!Arthur and Eames.

Summary: This is not a retcon (mostly). It's simply a jaunt through the What-If machine. Namely: what if Arthur hadn't run away at the end of Lucky/the first part of Leverage? Heed the warnings.
Author's Note: This is not a happy fic. It's something I wrote to explore things in Leverage that I didn't really get to address; basically the dynamic between Arthur and Charles. Mainly, it's a fic for me. But on the off chance there are fans of Arthur!whump out there, I decided to post it. It's a bit choppy (most of it is parts I wrote independently of each other and then strung together in chronological order) and there's no hard ending, and if the warnings turn you off, please don't read it.
